Your mindset package will begin with a 30 minute free consultation. Once this assessment has been carried out, the package consists of 4 x 1-on-1 sessions, which can include the following (dependent on the outcome of your free consultation):

  • Stress management plan through the five pillars;

  • Goal setting through the idea of abundance;

  • What is within your control, and how to control it;

  • Weight loss and why it’s more than the physical;

  • How to make change.

Each session will be 90 minutes. This will be made up of a 45 minute discussion and planning session, followed by 45 minutes of personal training. We believe that exercise is a key component to mental health, which is why personal training is integrated into the mindset coaching.

  1. Start your day with five minutes alone, writing down your plans for the day ahead;

  2. Set yourself a goal to eat your lunch outside of your office for the next five days, regardless of the circumstances of your day;

  3. Turn your phone off one hour before your planned bedtime.
