NEW TO CROSSFIT INTRO PACKAGE - CLICK HERE.

You will be guided through a 1-on-1 FREE trial session through a personal assessment with a coach or class trial. You then progress to 3 x fundamental sessions, which is completed through small group sessions. These sessions cover the basics of movement and get you comfortable to enter group classes. At the conclusion of the fundamental sessions, you will receive full access to the standard membership for the remainder of the month (month begins on the day of your first foundations session).
