WE HAVE A DEDICATED RECOVERY AREA
At Cultivar Health, we believe that each training session begins at the conclusion of your previous training session. We have dedicated the second floor of our gym to helping you maximise the recovery between training sessions. We believe that there are numerous ways in which we can positively impact our own health, and it is important to us to provide various tools to do so.
On our recovery level, you can access the following within open gym times:
In house physiotherapist; Book here;
Trigger point and mobility tools (foam rollers, trigger balls etc);
A large open floor space to stretch and meditate;
Protocols for joint stability using resistance bands;
Tea and coffee for you to take time out of your day and focus on relaxation;
