B. In pairs, AMRAP in 10 minutes:

8 Thrusters @ 42.5/30 kg

19 Power Cleans @ 42.5/30 kg

C. In pairs, 10 rounds for time:

8 Toes to Bar

19 Single Arm DB Snatch @ 20/15 kg
